Omnix Automations · TITAN GEO
Terms of Service
Effective version: 2026-09-01
1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern access to Omnix Automations websites, TITAN AI Business OS, TITAN GEO and related digital services. By using a service or accepting these Terms, you confirm that you are legally able to contract and, if acting for a business, have authority to bind that business.
2. Services and evolving features
The current GEO Audit Pilot may offer a Complete GEO Audit (Value ₹499, currently free) including website analysis, evidence-based recommendations and a professional PDF report.
Our services may include website analysis, GEO or AI-visibility audits, reports, dashboards, recommendations, workflow automation, integrations, drafts, implementation previews and other digital services. Feature scope may change as products evolve. Unless expressly stated otherwise, reports and outputs are electronically delivered digital services and no physical products are shipped.
3. Customer inputs and permissions
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information, content, credentials and instructions you provide. You must have all rights and permissions needed for any website, account, customer data or third-party service you ask us to access. You grant us a limited license to process your content only to provide, secure and improve the requested service.
4. Connected services
Third-party connectors are governed both by these Terms and the provider's own terms. Availability may depend on provider APIs, permissions, quotas and policy changes. You may revoke connector access, but doing so can disable the affected feature. We do not obtain broader authority merely because a provider technically offers it.
5. Automation, approval and customer-facing actions
TITAN may analyze data, prepare recommendations, create previews or generate drafts. A workflow that modifies a customer's website, publishes content, spends advertising budget, sends communications, makes purchases or performs another consequential external action must operate within the authority and approval boundary specified for that feature. The current Gmail M2 workflow is draft-only. We do not automatically send email. The workflow does not automatically send email.
6. AI output and professional advice
AI-assisted and analytical outputs are probabilistic and may be incomplete, delayed or incorrect. Scores, forecasts, market estimates and recommendations are informational tools, not guarantees of ranking, revenue, traffic, sales or business performance. The service does not replace legal, tax, accounting, medical, financial or other regulated professional advice.
7. Fees, promotions and taxes
Prices, free offers, trials and promotional values shown at checkout or in a written offer apply to that transaction or promotion. Future services may have different fees. You are responsible for applicable taxes unless the law requires us to collect them. Payment processing may be provided by third-party processors and is also subject to their terms.
8. Cancellations and refunds
Any service-specific refund policy displayed at purchase forms part of these Terms. Because many services are digital and work may begin immediately, cancellation or refund eligibility may depend on whether work has started or a deliverable has been generated. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights that apply under law.
9. Acceptable use
You may not use the services to violate law or third-party rights, obtain unauthorized access, distribute malware, deceive or impersonate others, facilitate spam or abusive communications, evade provider restrictions, or interfere with service security or availability. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to prevent harm, investigate abuse or comply with law.
10. Intellectual property
Omnix Automations retains rights in its software, systems, templates, interfaces, methods and branding. You retain rights in content you lawfully provide. Subject to payment and applicable product terms, you may use delivered reports and customer-specific outputs for your internal business purposes.
11. Confidentiality and security
Each party should protect non-public confidential information using reasonable care and use it only for the agreed purpose. You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and promptly reporting suspected compromise. We may take protective measures, including revoking sessions or connector access, when security risk is detected.
12. Availability and third-party dependencies
We aim to provide reliable services but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features can be affected by hosting providers, AI providers, search engines, advertising platforms, payment processors, Google APIs and other third parties outside our control.
13. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, services are provided on an "as available" basis and without warranties that cannot reasonably be made for evolving AI, search-ranking, third-party-platform or Internet-dependent services. We do not exclude warranties or rights that applicable law says cannot be excluded.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, or lost profits or business opportunities, arising from the services. Any monetary liability cap stated in a signed order or service agreement will control for that engagement. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including for fraud or other non-excludable liability.
15. Indemnity for misuse
To the extent permitted by law, a business customer will be responsible for third-party claims caused by its unlawful content, instructions, lack of required permissions, or material breach of these Terms. This provision does not require indemnification for claims caused by our own unlawful conduct.
16. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate a service for material breach, non-payment, security risk, unlawful use, provider restrictions or legal requirements. Provisions that by nature should survive, including payment, confidentiality, intellectual-property and liability terms, remain effective after termination.
17. Governing law and disputes
Unless a signed agreement states otherwise or mandatory consumer law requires another forum, these Terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties should first attempt in good faith to resolve a dispute through written notice and discussion before commencing formal proceedings. Applicable statutory rights and mandatory jurisdiction rules remain unaffected.
18. Changes and precedence
We may update these Terms for future use of the services. If a signed order, statement of work or other written agreement conflicts with these Terms, that written agreement controls for the conflicting provision and covered service.
