Omnix Automations · TITAN GEO
Privacy Policy
Effective version: 2026-09-01
1. Who we are and scope
Omnix Automations operates TITAN AI Business OS, TITAN GEO and related business automation, analytics, customer-workspace and connector services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain and protect personal data when you visit our websites, request an audit, use our products, connect third-party services, or communicate with us.
2. Information we collect
Depending on the feature you use, we may collect contact information, business information, website URL and publicly available website content, business location, audit inputs, customer-support communications, consent evidence, transaction and billing records, device and request metadata, attribution data such as UTM parameters or advertising click identifiers, and product usage or security events.
When you authorize a connector, we may process data made available through that connector only for the product purpose you selected and subject to the permissions granted by you.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide requested audits, audit delivery and digital services, generate reports and recommendations, operate customer and owner workspaces, authenticate users, maintain security and reliability, provide support, measure product and marketing performance, comply with law, prevent abuse, and improve our products. We do not use connected-account data for unrelated advertising profiles or sell it as a data product.
4. AI-assisted processing
Some TITAN features use automated analysis or artificial-intelligence services to classify, summarize, extract, score, recommend or draft content. AI-generated output may contain errors and should be reviewed before material business, legal, financial or customer-facing decisions. Where an action can change a customer's systems or publish or communicate on the customer's behalf, the applicable product workflow must obtain the authorization required for that action.
5. Google API Services and Limited Use
If you connect a Google account, our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We request only permissions required for enabled features, use Google user data to provide or improve the user-facing feature you requested, and do not sell Google user data.
For the current Gmail M2 review workflow, TITAN is draft-only: it may create an email draft for owner review. The workflow does not automatically send email. Approval evidence does not itself grant or execute send authority.
6. Consent, choices and connector revocation
Where consent is the basis for processing, we ask for a specific affirmative action and record relevant consent evidence. Marketing consent is optional and may be withdrawn without affecting delivery of a service you already requested. You may disconnect supported third-party accounts or revoke their authorization through the provider or applicable TITAN controls. Revocation may disable the affected feature.
7. Service providers and disclosures
We may use carefully selected service providers for hosting, cloud infrastructure, analytics, communications, payments, security and AI-assisted processing. They may process information only as needed to provide their contracted service or as required by law. We may also disclose information to comply with lawful requests, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or abuse, or support a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
8. Data retention and deletion
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, contractual and operational records, security and fraud prevention, dispute handling, backup cycles, and legal or tax obligations. Retention periods vary by record type. When information is no longer required, we delete, anonymize or securely isolate it according to our technical and legal obligations. You may contact us to request deletion or other applicable data rights, subject to identity verification and lawful retention exceptions.
9. Security and credentials
We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect data, including scoped access controls and separation of credentials from ordinary business records where supported. No Internet service can guarantee absolute security. OAuth tokens, passwords and other secrets should never be submitted through ordinary support messages unless we explicitly provide a secure method.
10. International processing
Our service providers and systems may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use contractual, organizational or technical safeguards for such transfers and comply with applicable data-protection law.
11. Children
Our business services are not directed to children and are intended for adults and authorized representatives of businesses. Do not submit children's personal data unless a specific service lawfully requires it and appropriate authorization has been obtained.
12. Your rights and grievances
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, withdrawal of consent or information about processing. To exercise a right or raise a privacy grievance, contact support@omnixautomations.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our products, legal obligations or processing practices change. We will publish the updated version and effective date and, where required, provide additional notice or obtain fresh consent.
